Seller obligations

• The seller is obliged to provide the consumer with goods that match the terms of the contract.
• Goods are considered compliant if they match the provided description and have the same qualities as the sample shown to the consumer.
• If no description exists, goods are considered compliant if they are fit for the purpose the consumer informed the seller about when the contract was made and the seller accepted that purpose.

Consumer rights

• If goods are defective, the consumer has the right to request defect removal, free repair or replacement, a price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.
• Repair and replacement are the consumer first-line rights, except when they are impossible or require disproportionate cost.
• Goods must be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time without causing significant inconvenience to the consumer.
• The consumer may use these rights if the defect appears within 2 years after the goods are handed over.
• If a defect appears within 6 months after receipt, it is presumed to have existed at delivery unless this is impossible because of the nature of the goods or the defect.

Order receipt

• The consumer can purchase goods through the payment system integrated into the website. Paying the courier in cash may also be available if that method is active.
• The order is considered completed once the goods are handed over to the consumer.
• If delivery to the consumer is impossible, the order will be canceled and the paid amount will be refunded to the customer.
• The consumer is obliged to check the quality and characteristics of the goods when receiving the order.
• Upon request, the seller is obliged to provide the customer with all documents related to the order.

Return terms

• The consumer has the right to submit a return request within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.
• To request a return, the consumer must write to us at shopcontinuum@gmail.com.
• The email must include first name and last name, product name, purchase date, and phone number.
• When withdrawing from the contract, the consumer returns the goods immediately after sending the notice, but no later than 7 calendar days.
• If the product characteristics do not match the website data, the product has an original defect, or it is damaged during transport, the seller will handle the return using its own resources.
• The consumer is obliged to return the goods in full, together with all accompanying documents.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method the consumer used, unless the consumer agrees to another method.

Force majeure

• Neither party is liable for full or partial non-performance if it is caused by natural or technological disasters, fire, military action, or government decisions.
• If such a circumstance affects the performance period, that period will be extended for the duration of the force majeure circumstance.
• The party affected by force majeure is obliged to notify the other party.
